About

Mr. Alvarez began his undergraduate degree in South Florida at Florida International University before transferring to the University of South Florida where he completed and earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance. Following his undergraduate degree, Mr. Alvarez pursued a legal education at Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Tampa, Florida, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree.

While earning his undergraduate and law degrees, Mr. Alvarez worked in retail banking where he assisted and educated clients about financial products and opportunities. After a decade of experience working in retail banking, and helping clients reach their financial goals, he transitioned into helping clients and their families with legal matters.

Mr. Alvarez focuses much of his legal practice on helping those who need help the most. He represents homeowners with stucco and other construction defect claims against big builders. Mr. Alvarez also represents homeowners in property insurance claims against national insurance companies that have wrongfully denied a claim outright or underpaid insurance benefits rightfully due and owing on a claim. In addition, Mr. Alvarez represents individuals who have suffered serious personal injuries, including those injured in motor vehicle accidents or due to dangerous conditions existing on someone else’s property.
